This notice covers the dynex.it website. Privacy terms for the platforms we operate for clients are set out in the agreements for those services.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it has no forms that submit data to our servers. The contact form composes an email in your own email client, and nothing is sent until you send it.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of serving them. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs for security and operational purposes.
When you email us
If you email us, we use your name, contact details and the content of your message only to respond to you and to manage any resulting business relationship. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where it applies, the GDPR. Write to enquiries@dynex.it.
