Dynex.IT is a software engineering and enterprise delivery company. We build platforms, run programmes and operate what we deliver, for corporates and growing businesses directly and alongside tier-one systems integrators. We have offices in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and South Africa.

Langford Hale is our AI-orchestrated project delivery practice. It offers fixed-price and pay-for-success engagements, with senior people directing governed teams of AI agents on the delivery platform we built.

Early-careers programme.
We take on a small number of undergraduates each year and put them on real delivery work while they study. The IT industry rewards experience, and our programme gives students career-related experience, real responsibility and a professional network before they graduate.
